I am a 11 year Desert Storm Veteran of the United States Army. As a former Personnel Sergeant one would think I would have had a heads-up on the importance of my military records, and how to file for benefits; far from the truth. I have spent the last 12 years learning how to navigate the VA System, the best help came from other veterans already in the system. So I decided to build www.HelpingVets.net as a way to pay-It-Forward, and as a payback to the veterans who educated me, and stayed on my back until I enrolled into the system.
