Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
After 20 yrs of service I realized two very important traits my military career had instilled would serve me well in business. Teamwork and Leadership. Teamwork first because I believe that is how things get done. And good Leadership can help a team navigate many obstacles. The Army values Loyalty, Duty Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage (LDRSHIP) guide my business decisions daily.
