Travel Far Productions is an independent production company who seeks to produce films that are diverse and bold. We have been in business since 2013, in which we completed our first film by October 2013. The owner, Tessie Wilmot, is a disabled veteran and the Creative Art Designer, Kip Wilmot, is a Petty Officer in the United States Navy Reserves.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The Navy taught me what it truly means to be a leader. In the military, unlike most other industries, one is often thrust into a leadership position at an early age. The people you’re in charge of, place their lives in your hands. That’s a tremendous responsibility! I quickly learned to be that person. I learned so much and gained so much inspiration in the 13 countries I have been to. I have a college degree and my time traveling in the Navy is still the best education I ever had.
