Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I was the training petty office in the Photo Lab on board CV-64 for 3 yrs, I also did ordering of supplies and learned the process of inventory control. The most valuable lesson I learned was to be a leader not an order giver. People did as I asked them because I had their respect. I was a professional in my job and taught them to be better at theirs.
