Mountain Laurel Kennels is a loving, family owned and operated boarding facility. We are fully committed to providing unmatched service to our kennel families while providing a safe environment for your beloved family pet at an affordable rate. Our continuing goal is to ensure your pet is lovingly taken care of both physically and emotionally at all times. So while you are away for that extended vacation, family function or at that business meeting for the day, you can be assured that your pet will remain happy and healthy. We pride ourselves on the level of attention to detail we provide our kennel families and we not only work diligently to earn your satisfaction, but also to earn your trust. We invite you to become part of our kennel family!

Conveniently located near Cheat Lake, this beautifully maintained facility is situated on over 2.5 acres where your dogs will romp and run in one of our 30X75, 40X36 and 45X30 or 30X30 exercise and play yards. During your pets stay they will experience a fully climate controlled environment, complete with A/C and in floor radiant heating. Our kennel facility was specifically designed with flexibility in mind. We currently offer 15 indoor/outdoor runs of various sizes to fit your individual needs and family make up. Each indoor run is connected to a separate, fully covered outdoor area which allows your pet to enjoy basking in the sun and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership

My Military career has engrained in me the values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. Daily we are faced with obstacles and challenges, but as long as we remember to allow our moral compass to point us in the right direction, I continue to encounter fair winds and following seas. As a Retired Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer I use Unity, Service and Navigation just as I did in the Navy. Selfless service in and out of uniform.
