Commercial Insurance Managers Inc is an independent insurance agency (VOSB) specializing in business insurance products and services including property, liability, professional, automobile, worker compensation, cyber liability, employment practices liability, crime and employee benefits including group medical, life, short term disability, long term disability, and individual Maryland Health Exchange medical insurance.
We also have a subsidiary DBA CIM LED Lighting Distributorship which specializes in products include UL1598 and UL8750 rated LED lighting approved by Universal Laboratories. They include:Made in America, bright white high intensity, modular designed LED luminar commercially known as the brick which represents our modular LED Brick design used in multiple applications to include vessel interior and exterior lighting, tunnels, military scaffolding, underwater rigging, street lighting, parking lot lighting, parking garage, stairwell, emergency landing, egress, manufacturing and warehousing spaces and coal mines.
Our made in America brick are Energy Star rated. These bricks have been lab tested by Energy Star to determine the life cycle, usable hours and the amount of degradation in the life cycle of the luminar. At 55 degrees celsius, the calculated hours of utilization are 492,000 hours. At 85 degrees celsius, the calculated hours of utilization are 239,000 hours. At 105 degree celsius, the calculated hours of utilization are 118,000 hours.
