Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I served in every Non-Commission officer leadership position from Squad Leader to Command Sergeant Major. Taking care of soldiers transitioned me quite easily into the fitness industry where I have been employed since my retirement in 1993. I have also competed in Bodybuilding competitions and placed in all. Had knee surgery in 2010 and a Spinal Laminectomy with fusion in 2012. Self rehabbed and back at training without injury.
