We are a family-run company, established in Lakeland, Florida, with ties to the community that date back to 1957. At present we have more than 80 buildings in our portfolio including steel-frame, block, stucco, and concrete. Our buildings are flexible and can be divided to accommodate the square footage you need, which allows for easy expansion. We can also build to suit.

While we have the experience and expertise to compete with bigger companies, we also pride ourselves on our superior customer service. As a private, family-owned business committed to client relationships, we can respond faster than any of our national competitors, and can be on-site in 30 minutes.
