The experience gained in 24 years as an Airman and Soldier has given me the skillset to perform competently, compassionately, and ethically in anything I do. Training, leadership, and mentoring and mentoring of soldiers in peacetime and combat, means that I can work well with anyone, accomplish goals, and solve problems. Continuing to live the Seven Army Values in civilian life, means my standards will never change.
