NO VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS LOGO
Non-Profit Organization | Army Reserves, Reserves | Member since March 20th, 2015
This nonprofit organization is providing a resource to prevent pets from being starved, abandoned or abused because of the lack of finances that may not be readily available to families who may be going thru financial hardship and find it difficult to feed their pets.
Capone’s Pet Food Pantry will not only provide food but partner with local dog groomers and Veterinaries who are willing to donate grooming and vaccine vouchers for those pets who may be in desperate need of a haircut or may need to update vaccinations.
The organization was started in 2014, by Yolanda Browder, an active US Army Reservist, whose cocker spaniel “Capone” inspired the need for pet owners to have a resource within the community after realizing food banks were not a big supplier of pet food. Partnering with people food banks in the community, and linking up with other pet food pantries, will get the word out that Clayton and Henry County now have an alternate resource to help feed our cats and dogs.
Capone’s Pet Food Pantry is a nonprofit organization in the community here to assist low income families residing in Clayton and Henry County, who made need assistance with feeding their dog
