Mike Louden is the Owner of Oasis Home Inspections LLC. He has been in the building industry since 1990 working as a residential electrician in Myrtle Beach SC before leaving his home town to join the Coast Guard in 1992. Since retiring in 2013, Mike has graduated from The Home Inspection Academy becoming a Florida Licensed Home Inspector #HI9044; also certified to perform Uniform Wind Mitigation Verification and 4-Point insurance inspections.
Mike currently resides in Historic Downtown Melbourne FL. When he isn't out inspecting homes he can be found riding his Harley or at the beach surfing.
