Alpha Krav Maga Southington is a Self-Defense studio. We teach realistic self-defense classes to Adults and Kids. Our students are taught verbalization and de-escalation skills, anti-abduction, situational awareness drills, when and how to fight, how to defend themselves standing up or on the ground. We also offer training for the following scenarios; Carjacking, home invasion, rape prevention, weapon defense, and much more! Krav Maga is a "hands on" style, you will learn quickly and efficiently how to protect yourself and those around you!

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I spent the last several years of service as instructor with the Army. I fell in love with teaching fellow service members skills to go to combat. Teaching self defense carries the same responsibility.
