Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My wife and I both are retired Marines. Our military service taught us to be adaptable and make changes on the fly. The leadership we learned and lived, carries on to our employees now. Setting the bar in the beginning with clear expectations and be firm but fair creates a great working relationship. Taking time to talk with them and always be honest with them. We always give our military members, veterans and first responders a discount knowing how they all put it al out there every day.
