Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
As a soldier, I was trained to be disciplined and focus on the task at hand as well as being able to mentally forecast the future. Not only have a Plan A but a Plan B and C. Sometimes things don't work out the way we think they should and we have to be prepared to make a change and move on. I have trained that teamwork is everything but also be prepared to go it alone. You do whatever it takes and as long as it takes the accomplish your goal. We are not trained to quit. We are not quitters.
