QRF Staffing and Consulting is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Veteran owned and operated organization that operates as a single intake facility for Veterans and First Responders as they transition back into civilian life.

No matter what our clients need, we will walk right beside them every step of the way. Need help navigating the VA? Need career transition assistance? Need job retraining? Need help writing your resume? Need help getting an interview or navigating USAJobs? No matter what you need help with, we will be there so you're not on your own.

Many Veterans and First Responders receive little to no assistance when they transition back into the civilian workforce. Conversely, many employers face the struggle of finding qualified applicants in the traditional talent pool. We provide enhanced assistance, training, and career placement opportunities focused on Veterans and First Responders to ease the transition into new career opportunities.

22 Veterans a day take their own life, many because of overwhelming feelings due to the transition out of Military service as well as the stigma of PTSD. Hundreds of First Responders also suffer this same fate at their own hands every year due to these same issues. Even one suicide is one too many. Our overall mission is to stop this outcome in any way we can.
