I am not a veteran due to being born blind in one eye. but what I am is a Blue Star dad multiple times with one son serving in the Navy for 11 years and a son that was in the Army for 15 years. I have spent countless hours worried about my boys while they were deployed, but it wasn't until my son received a rapid re-deployment that got me to really thinking of how I could help add a smile to as many deployed troops as possible each year during the holidays, that when I created the NTSFSC.
