The idea of the business came about while serving overseas in areas of conflict and seeing first hand how the situation affected the local populations (many of whom were unprepared and untrained). The attack on US soil during 9/11 proved that there are people who can, and will, attack our great nation on our own turf. B-Tactical is determined to teach and train regular citizens, law enforcement and military personnel the tactics and methods sought by members of elite units charged with protecting our nation every day.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership

As a former special operations team member I had a lot of mixed feelings about leaving the teams for civilian life. The experiences I drew back on helped keep me focused as I completed college and then my MBA. When I set out with the new goal of opening my own establishment and jumping into the entrepreneur pool I again reflected on what the military taught me in discipline, focus and overcoming hurdles that lie in front of you.
