I am a strategic, solution focused therapist who employs numerous treatment methods to help my clients realize an over all well-being. A few of my favorite methods of treatment are cognitive behavior therapy, because I believe if we can change our thoughts, we can change how we think and ultimately change how we live. I also utilize EMDR frequently to assist clients who are "stuck" in patterns of behavior they are struggling to change. Motivational interviewing is also used throughout treatment as I operate from a client guided framework where I believe the client is the driver of treatment and I am the vehicle to guide them to their destination.
