Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The Military has taught me many things that I have applied to my Business. Organizational skills and completing all types of every day tasks. I have an understanding of how to deal with people of all types and how to use them to the best of their ability while highly motivating them. Organization, completing tasks and motivating my employees is all part of my Military back ground. To improvise, adapt and overcome, as the Marines say, is truly built into my everyday life and business.
