Overton’s Grading, LLC is locally owned and operated by Keith Overton, a United States Navy Veteran, along with his family. As a child, growing up a part of the Pringletown community in Ridgeville, my grandfather, Jerry Pringle, sparked my interest in land grading. Jerry Pringle was a 30-year employee of Westvaco who passed down the true value of hard work. As an adult, I spent 26 years in the military where they instilled in me honesty, integrity, discipline, and attention to details. Through the lessons learned from my parents and grandparents, along with my military background I have been able to pass these values onto my own family.

Overton’s Grading was started because we are passionate about land management and taking particular care when preparing a site. We pride ourselves in respecting your property and getting the job done right. Our team is dedicated to providing a quality product done with the utmost professionalism. We go above and beyond to ensure our customers are satisfied each time we conduct business.
