Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My service in the military assisted me to understand the depth of effort that is required to truly serve others. The organization, tenacity and diligence of understanding what the true mission is must be the root of all actions to provide the service desired by the customer, rather than the attempt to fit a business model into another model. We can not really serve by selling what we want a customer to have, only by presenting a solution that fits into the needs of the merchant.
