Founded in 2012 by John Wells (USN retired,ESQ.) Wells is Pro Bono Executive Director Military Veterans Advocacy fights for current and former members of the military through Legislation, Litigation and Education. This unique and successful broad approach maintains a big picture focus while still serving the needs of individuals. Most recently Wells was instrumental in getting the PACT Act passed into law which expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances. This law helps us provide generations of Veterans-and their survivors-with the care and benefits they've earned and deserve. Previously Wells was lead attorney on PROCOPO v. WILKIE which obtained benefits for over 90,000.

MVA continues the fight and advocates for all Veterans by providing legal services, counseling and assistance!

As a retired Naval Commander I saw first hand the need for helping and advocating for all Veterans suffering from many serious conditions affiliated with their tour of duty. This inspired me to go to law school after my retirement from the Navy so that I could continue helping my fellow military brothers and sisters gain access to much needed resources.
