Derek Caffe is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Code Black Properties, LLC. Code Black Properties is a real estate investment firm engaged in neighborhood beautification through the buying, selling, leasing, renovation, and construction of residential and commercial real estate.
Code Black Properties has two subsidiaries. The first subsidiary Code Black Real Estate, LLC is a real estate brokerage helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties. The second subsidiary Code Black Construction provides construction and remodeling services to clients.
Derek is a retired US Army veteran and obtained his bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University with a concentration in finance. Derek later attended Clark Atlanta University for his MBA, but decided to postpone its completion after the first semester to focus on the growth of Code Black Properties. Code Black Properties has three main areas to our business:
1. We buy properties, fix them up, and either rent to tenants or sale to an end buyer.
2. We help you buy or sell a home through our subsidiary Code Black Real Estate, LLC.
3. We provide construction/ renovation/ remodeling services through our subsidiary Code Black Construction, LLC.
Code Black Properties specializes in the acquisition of single-family residential, and commercial (multifamily, office, retail) properties. We provide high-quality, premium rental and leasing options that are unique to our markets and infuse it with a company culture

I've stating hundreds of times to people I've come across that my military service was the best return on time I've had to date. Everything from the camaraderie with fellow soldiers to the overseas experience to the everyday experience was vital in me maturing and becoming a better person. I would do it over again in a heartbeat.
