Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
As a soldier, and especially as a Military Policeman, I learned the true value of teamwork and the importance of accomplishing the mission while caring for the welfare of my troops. As I apply the concepts of leading from the front and never asking my people to do something that I can't or won't do myself, I am continually astonished by the level of commitment and effort that they put forth, especially as most of them have never served in the military.
