Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My time in the military aided me in becoming a successful business owner by instilling values and a proactive mentality into my life. By adding to my willfulness to succeed a drive to push harder, the military helped to give me a boost of self confidence to weather tough times and overcome barriers. Where some would have gave up and went home the grit I gained with my time in the service helped to pull me through. My time in the service was also a great leadership development tool.
